I was curious if anyone has tried putting porsche 914 seats into their 240z, and if they had any difficulty? thanks!

It's been done, but requires quite a bit of fabrication. I have a spare set in my garage and looked them over before deciding to go with BMW seats - which also required fabrication to mate the seats to Z seat rails.

There's no back recline on the 914 seats, but the original Porsche adjuster lets you put a little slant on the base of the seat. They are a comfortable and lightweight seat compared to others.
