Exhaust Manifold/Header Torque Specs

Does anyone know off hand what the tightening torque should be for the header nuts on a 75 280? Also, wonder if there would be any problem with using stainless steel nuts and washers on the factory studs? I've searched the FSM and found the specs for the intake but not the exhaust.

Not sure if it applies to a 280Z, but for a 240z it is 5.8 to 8.7 ft lbs.
