I am trying to identify early front bumper brackets, the ones I took off my car are obviously homemade or from some other vehical. Since I am at my office today I can't check my club cd, I have searched here w/o result.

Do they look like this?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Datsun-240Z-Front-Bumper-Brackets-260Z-280Z-NICE_W0QQitemZ190294108613QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item190294108613&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245&_trkparms=65%3A1%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318#ebayphotohosting

Or are they different?

Best,

Holy cow,

The ones I removed are like one inch steel bent and drilled and the part that bolts inside the body inside the headlight buckets were so short they only reached the first set of bolt holes and homeboy drilled an extra in front of the first hole and set a bolt.

Those in the picture actually look like they were designed!

Just make sure you have the right bumper, some say that a -73 bumper won't fit the ealy brackets, still i hope they will, thous i like to try it out:classic:.

The one on the photo might be up for sale, ask zsondabrain if he still have them;).
