no pun intended. i put in a fresh fuse and after working for a few days it blows out again. any ideas as to the likely cause? i'm rotten with electrical stuff.

Well Bud I had the same problem. It turned out that the wires were touching in the connector for the heater blower and had melted together.

It could also be your heater blower going bad.
