would you recover both, look for a correct drivers seat, recover just the drivers seat...

It is all original,matching, orange/black.

If your selling, then I'd just leave it as is, and let the next owner deal with it.

Ditto on leaving it as is.....

If your going to replace, go ahead and get the new foam with the covers.

To do it right you're looking at about $250 for new vinyl and another $250 for new foam. Add to that your time and effort doing the job. I don't think you could expect to be able to sell the car for an extra $500 and even if you could you wouldn't recover (haha) your labor.
