Am I correct in recalling this part as a cigarette lighter for a Series I car with the lighter on the console? Pictures attached:

I'm sorting through a box of stuff that I got with a Series I that I had a while back and this was in it. I'm trying to confirm its application (couldn't find anything in the archives about it).
