Probably a fake, if they wanted to get serious about proving their performance, they would have had the thing ISO tested.

When reviewing the testing on the site, the manufacture date of the Impala used for testing has been removed from the test sheet-probably a older car with a lower emmissions requirement. Also It was delivered for testing-evidently not driven in, and "prepared" for the tests-with no explanation of what prepared means.

It is easy enough to have a test performed, documented and proven repeatable-that isn't what was done here-why eight years hasn't it been done when it would absolutely increase sales?
