Series II Hubcaps...How much?

So, I found this ad for a set of Series II hubcaps on Houston's Craigslist and was wondering what y'all would pay for them.

The seller sent me these pic's and while the fronts look to be in pretty good shape, the back of two caps have a considerable amount of surface rust.

Usable sets on ebay routinely go for $25 to 100. Some list them at considerably more to fish.
