Posted September 6, 200717 yr comment_220824 does anyone else here visit wikipedia? if you do, do you edit things when you find errors? i do, and it seems that the article about the 240Z ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/240Z ) usually contains several factual errors at any given time. it seems as though every few months i have to delete a reference to Albrecht van Goetz (see discussion for more info). Also, the HP figures, although correct according to the VIN/engine plate, are misrepresented (since allegedly there was a shift in how it was being reported).the 432/432R sections are greatly stripped down, and other spots as well..any takers?-JasonEDIT - it should also be noted that the "Fairlady Z" is practically ignored when it comes to statistics, as well. September 7, 200717 yr comment_220851 Wikipedia is a funny thing. Anybody can write whatever they like in there, and unless there is someone, or a group of people that actively maintain the page is can become full of unreferenced hearsay.I find it ironic that the article is titled the Nissan S30, yet there is no mention of the S30 at all, just the HLS30, HS30 and PS30, and (G)RS30. They use the S30 term as a reference to all the models of the 69-78 Z when in actual fact S30 was itself a code for a particular variant of the Z, which the article completely ignores.I think the article needs a complete rewrite. Also the popular media section is irrelevant in my opinion .
