I have a '73. The PO butchered the wiring for the wiper. Cut it right before the plug. Anyone know of a good place to purchase a wiring harness or something else that can be done as a replacement for the wires. I will post a pic after this weekend.

Which plug are you referring to, the one to the wiper motor in the engine compartment or the switch plug inside the car? In either case a salvage yard might be your best option for the missing connector and wires to splice onto your cut wires. The splicing should be fairly easy since the wires are color coded.
