Weber DCOE's on EBay, some ?'s

Featured Replies

It would have to be ported. I did that on mine. I would suggest you buy the 45mm Cannon manifold instead. Took quite a bit of time and effort...

For my money I'd put 44's or 45's on an L24 also. Seen an L16 run 40 Webers, then 40 Mikunis, then 44s. Could have saved a lot of time and hassle by starting with the 44s...

I want to do the 44 swap at some point, just trying to find a good deal on all the pieces.

Between the Mikuni, Cannon or Nismo intake, if I have a choice, which is the best option?

Would'nt touch the Webers unless you're prepared to spend a lot of money on them. Chances are they are completely crudded up inside which can only be cleaned up successfully by a complete tear down and sonically cleaned. Then there is the question of correct jetting for the L24 which again can cost a lot.

I like the Nismo intake, then Cannon, then Mikuni. I know others have different opinions.

I'll probably end up going to Todd Walrich when I decide to pull the trigger...thanks for the info.
