Can anybody tell me which z cars came with the r180 and which came with the r200 diffs, and how i would distinguish which is which. Also if my car has the R180 where would i be able to get the parts to convert it to an R200?

You can search for all of this info. You'll need a mustache bar from an earlier 280Z, halfshafts from the ZX the R200 came from.

Measure the distance between the studs to the mustache bar, this wil help distinguish between the bars as they can appear the same... While you are in there upgrade the bushings to poly-thane.
