Every day, a man would walk up to the same woman, stand very close to her and tell her that her hair smells nice.

After a week of this, she can't stand it any longer and decides to have a word with Will, the office manager. Without identifying the bloke, she told Will what the co-worker does, and that she wants to file a sexual harrassment suit.

Will is puzzled by the woman's demand and asks, "What's sexually threatening about a co-worker telling you your hair smells nice?".

The woman replied, "It's Bill, the dwarf".
