November 13, 200618 yr comment_189394 I use this series Facet pump on my tripples. http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/productdetails.asp?RecId=86It is the same style and physical size as the Datsun OEM pump. It bolts right up to the factory bracket. You will have to go to the hardware store and buy two 90 degree brass fittings and teflon pipe tape for the inlet and outlet. Get some rubber grommets or washers to put between the pump and factory bracket for vibration. Another good idea is to take some automotive interior sound deading material with the silver layer and wrap around pump. I have run mine on the track and has held up very well for my L28.Note. I have since found that you can buy the same pump cheaper thru Spruce Aircraft Supply. November 13, 200618 yr Author comment_189426 Thanks greyghost, I think I might just go with that. So I don't need a regulator? I'm glad you turned me on to this pump since it fits in the stock location. That's pretty much what I was looking for. I would have bought whatever worked, but this sounds great. Thanks,Rick Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/22243-mikuni-44phh-fuel-pump-type/?&page=2#findComment-189426 Share on other sites
