That's how my carpet is now- to the edges. I assume the PO put in new carpets- and a bad job at that too (won't lay down smoothly.) I might be able to gut the front & straighten out the carpets. The PO cut out the carpet from betewen the seat rails, so maybe I could and cover the rails & between with some vinyl stuff and fill in between the rails with carpet?
