I keep breaking bolts on the lower alternator mount. I can’t find any bolts stronger then 10.8 grade. Properly torqued but they just keep breaking.

Any comments, suggestions, ideas?

Perhaps it's time to get that torque wrench recalibrated........

My first thought is that there is possibly some misalignment that is putting excessive stress on the bolts. Because this doesn't seem to be a common problem.
