I am undecided if I am going to recover and re-foam the stock seats in my 71 240 or if I should go with the Mitata or other seats. So I would like to know from the other +40s out there if their butt, back, et al are ok with stock seats on long trips?

My 59-yr-old back (and butt) have a less-than-wonderful ride in the original seats. I will be replacing with Miata seats soon.:classic:

I have a pair of slightly worn tan miata seats I'm going to sell on ebay or something. Heres a picture tell me if you're interested. They've got the speakers in the headrest and sliders. Leather, really comfortable (although I prefer wedged in sports seats), and they look cool.
