April 17, 200619 yr comment_163866 1.) Don't know.2.) Not sure on your application.3.) Supposed to go to the PCV valve. I don't know if your Weber manifolds have a PCV fitting.3. #2) Vent on the top of the valve cover normally goes to the air box. You can either vent it into one of your air cleaners, or get a small K&N breather filter for it.4.) I should think you'll want to use the return line if you can.5.) You may need to do some wiring of some sort to activate the pump, but again I'm not sure exactly what on your year car.Last note - if you are planning to use the fuel pump from the injection, you will need to get a good fuel pressure regulator to reduce the pressure down to the amount that the Webers call for. April 17, 200619 yr comment_163909 A 77 fuel pump is designed for a system that runs on roughly 37 psi. IMO that pump would be overkill if it were choked down to the 3 to 5 psi that carbs need. If that would even work. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/19666-eng-swap-shelp/#findComment-163909 Share on other sites
April 18, 200619 yr Author comment_164014 Got it running!!!! still have fuel issues, using orig mech fuel pump, but didnt bypass the elect pump on the 77 (thats next). put a fuel pessure guage inline and sometimes it showed 3lbs and other times zero. Used a holley press reg which was supposed to have a bypass but it actually has 2 outlets, one of these I put to the return line. got alot of tweaking to do but holy sh*t does it sound and pull good and strong> Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/19666-eng-swap-shelp/#findComment-164014 Share on other sites
