Lachlan and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment.

The next week, Lachlan realized that he would need his wife to wake him at 5.00a.m. for an early flight to Sydney, where he was guest speaker at the annual meeting of the Sydney Metropolitan Area Classic Car Restorers Club

Determined to not be the first to break the silence, he wrote on a piece of paper, "Please wake me at 5.00a.m.", which he left on her pillow.

The next morning, Lachlan woke to discover that it was after 9.00a.m. and had missed his flight.

Furious, he was about to go and see why his wife hadn't woken him when he noticed a piece of paper beside the bed,.....

It said, "It's 5.00a.m. ........ WAKE UP !!!!".
