What kind of exhaust you running?

Exhaust is 2 1/2", header, ANSA tip (burned out now, hence the whistle while idleing)...

lopey idle is due to flat top pistons with a .460 lift cam.

Since that video, a 60 mm thottle body has been added, ported intake, some other N/A goodies and a Haltech engine management system ..... (just not programed yet) :) that will solve my rich running like in the video.

I never thought about that until I watched a show the other day. A F4U was being started and it did sound similar :)

It really does sound like a prop plane! Very rough! I like!:)
