Anyone know if the hand brake cables are interchangable from '70 to '78? The microfiche shows several part numbers. I have one that is listed for a '74 260Z only and want to know if it applies to the other years also. Thanks.

I have not tried to interchange them, but they are lightly different-at least between a '240Z and a 280Zm the geometry of the assembly is somewhat different. I can take some side by side pictures in the next couple of days if it would help.

Well I've got a new one on Ebay right now but I improperly listed it as a 240Z cable. I'm trying to decide how to properly describe it as far as interchangability goes. Chloe sold it to me for my '72 240Z so hopefully she checked that it is interchangable. I wish I had my old 240Z cable but I think I threw it out. I don't think pics will help too much unless you have a 260Z cable, but thanks for the offer.
