I was cleaning out my old files and came across this usefull tech piece.

That's a good article but not entirely accurate. The Power Brute is a Nissan clutch type LSD, the 12mm ring gear bolts seem to have been introduced around 85/86, the 300ZX does have spring plates but not spring discs which still gives it some preload, etc.
