Hi guys,

I'm looking at buying a set of new Tokico shocks. The guy who has them bought them for his 260z, but I want to know if they will fit my '71 240z. The model number is 3012 and the Tokico website lists them as for 74.5-78 260 and 280 models.

Would they just need a spacer or something to fit, or would they be no good at all.

Just looking for an answer before I spend $20 on an international phone call to Tokico.

Sorry, but the diameter of the strut cartridge for late 260-280 is larger by a good bit, so they won't physically fit inside the 240 tube, and they are also longer. No good at all.
