    I have been a lurker here for a while and had the very question regarding paint. I bought a 72 new in yellow and am restoring a 73 that was pretty trashed [and with 5 different colors on it] back to my original car. I have no idea where mine went as I sold it in 1980 with nearly 150,000 miles on it.
