The 240 and the 260z had twin carbs, All the 280z's had FI. My 75 will have carbs tho but not from the factory. I doubt your car ever had carbs. It looks good too. Nice find. Welcome to the club

Ok so here I go again. The tranny is out of a 10/71, It has bad play in the shifter. Before I put it in the car I am replacing the shims and bushings. But I don't know witch kit to buy. I looked all over the trans for a part # and cannot find one. The only letter/number I can find is an L-2 casted into the side of the trans. What type trans is this?

Reg paint thinner. But I supose the lacquer thinner would do the trick

The thinner wont take it all the way off. But it cuts it so it wont get hard.

I used Por on my frame and battery tray. Then painted over as per the instructions. I love it. Worked awesome. Cation: Don't get it on your hands, it wont come off anytime soon.
