I recently repainted my engine bay and I removed the metal clutch/brake lines that run along the firewall in the bay. Now I need to reshape and put back the proportioning valves and metal lines but don't know where they go and how they are shaped. I was wondering if anyone had a pic of an engine bay with no engine so that I can use as an example for mine. I would really appreciate it. Saro Fagerian

  5. Thanks for the help guys, but I do have the spacers there and it dosent look broken. The spacers narrow out in the center which creates a v like shape and because of that it has a gap. I have never ran these carbs and was wondering if the gaps would cause a leak. Thanks again Saro Fagerian
  6. I was looking under my carbs today and I noticed a gap between the intake manifold spacer and my SU's. Its located right under the each attachment of both carbs where they meet the intake manifold. The gap is between the carb and the spacer when looked at from under the carburtors. Why is there a gap there? Is this normal or is something wrong? I have a picture of it with a red line showing you where the gap is. Sorry picture is kind of blurry. Thanks for the help

  11. I was wondering if any body knows where I can get the clutch and brake lines that go to the master cylinders. I need the long hard metal ones that lay against the firewall in the engine bay. I broke mine trying to take them off. Do I need to get them made or does some body make new ones I can go and pick up? Thanks
