I've seen some of his posters, read the study, and I bought the DVD, good stuff!!! If you will be at Daytona, bring some money for CHris! His Study and DVD are excellent, and the posters are great too! Those of you that aren't going to Daytona, you might PM him for a chance at some of the goodies. Stephen I would say that qualifies! Where did it come from, and how do I get one? Will

  3. Over here we have Liquid Electrical Tape ( http://www.starbrite.com/prodcatalog.cfm?ProductCat=Home%20Care&ProductSCat=Liquid%20Electric%20Tape%20(Home) ) and another product called PlastiDip (www.http://www.plastidip.com/consumer/index.html ) and both are available in black, white, clear, and several colors. PlastiDip is available in spray cans, and is the easiest to apply-just like paint, tape off the area and apply several thin coats... Will

Since they are paid for, install and run your Iridium plugs for a hundred miles or so, then swap to the BP®6ES-betcha won't put the iridium in swap back-or buy them for the Z ever again! Will

Sorry about the delays in updating the on hand contributions list, I am verifying the actual scans of each piece before I list them. Because I have several sets of CDs/thumb drives with the data on them, I am also consolodating them to a master thumbdrive and after its collection a disk. Right now the only ? on the collection of FSMs is whether the earliest one is an undated gold covered manual. If that is the case, it looks like we have: All of the FSMs from 1970-1983. I am going to completely verify that tonight, and get all of the basic pdf scans on one piece of media, and get a space total. Then I will move to the Service Bulletins, and supplemental manuals, and right on down the line. Will

I know the '74 manual is on disk, I suspect we have all of the FSMs. I will verify that tonight and update the list. Will

Hang on Guys, I'll see about updating the "MasterList" of what we have vs what we need later tonight. I must admit to spending pretty much every minute I am not eating sleeping, pooping, changing diapers or working on my car, Daytona is looming bretty dang big on the horizon and my car is just shy of ready for paint! I do appologize for the delay, but please understand, I have been threatened with bodily injury, personal insults, and countless other promises of abuse if this car isn't ready-and then I start counting what wasn't said by my wife! Will
  9. Yep, that one-sorry for the delay, my keyboard went kafluey- I also suffered from memory issues, the circuit breaker has stud connections for ring terminals, not spade terminals. Will
  10. There is a circuit breaker in the ZX, most probably it is the culprit! it looks like a small(1-1.5 inch) metal box with two spade terminals coming out-every time I have had that issue, it was the cause. It is in the passenger footwell. I'll see if I can't find the appropriate page from a ZX FSM for you. WIll
  11. WHile I am sure both of those are heavy duty and good welders, you will be limited to using them where you have three phase power only-most homes do not-meaning you may have to spend more money to make them usable, and then they are not really portable(unless there is three phase where you hope to use them). An suitable welder can be had for between $150 on sale at Harbor Freight to $500 from your local welding supply store. It would be fully portable in that it can be used anywhere ther is a household plug-or a small generator. On the used welders, Check your power where you hope to work, check to see if parts and owners manuals are available for the used models you are considering. Ask the seller to demonstrate the used welder for you on some auto body sheet metal(take a piece with you). They could be fine, but they will also be larger to store than a new smaller unit. WIll
  12. Please Don't judge the rest of us based on any Bill hailing from Arkansaw! Mr. Ramsey, I am sure, was trying to be funny and missed the mark. The more famous Bill-well he is just the kind everyone warned you about, and should be in jail. I didn't know who Mr. K was until a healthy number of years spent owning and restoring Zs. If you can't ask here, where could you ask? There are a great many books on him, and a healthy number of threads here about him, as well as a tremendous wealth of information in several articles on Zhome- http://zhome.com/History/DesignEvolution/AmericanGT.htm this one for example. Will
  13. I asked nicely, this is the last post on this thread Will
  14. It could be predated depending on the format. The company Stewart Wilkins Rallying is in Australia... More torque at idle than anywhere else. Will

As long as you keep the letters white and the rest of the sidewall black, they look good! When you let both turn gray-no no noooo! Will

I ordered the fiberglass version, ( https://www.shop.retro-spec.net/displayProductDocument.hg?productId=41&categoryId=10 )not quite two weeks ago. It came in today, and I must admit that I am impressed! In twenty years of installing fiberglass parts, this is the first one that really only requires a couple of passes with 600 grit and a shot of primer and paint! It lines up perfectly, fits as if it was made on my car(a very impressive feat!). Every other "ready to prep, paint and install" piece needed at least an hour of manipulation/modification to make fit, and most more than that. If you are in the market for this rear spoiler, their price is among the best, their quality is among the best, and shipping was reasonable as well. Will

Righto Rick! I agree about his American inflection while singing-I have wondered about that with several singers who speak with a pronounced (native to their upbringing) accent, but sing with a completely different one. I have only a couple of songs he does that I thoroughly enjoy, but then that is true of most of the artists I listen to. Are you just pissed that you didn't get a shot at his wifeROFLROFL after tom cruize:stupid: got bent:stupid: and let her go:stupid:?

ROFLROFLROFL Rick, You may get away with statements like that here, but If I told "she who must be obeyed", I bet your tune would change mighty quick-or the next country song would be about you and what was left over when she got through!!!! ROFLROFLROFL Will
  24. Art, I know Nissan has been actively and financially involved in the conventions/meets in the past, but my understanding is that they have stopped. Only Nissan and the top four in the ZCCA(and those close to them) would know for sure. Will
