24 months of intensive restoration, and I'm almost done.
Looks like a lame attempt to legitimize himself in the 'carcover.com' thread.

Any opinions on: thecarcover.com?
If there is any doubt just look at this link from post #13: http://www.classiccar.co.il/scam/thecarcover_scam.html

Jared's Selling His Build
I managed to make a moderate profit on each of the three Datsuns I sold last year.

Jared's Selling His Build
Jared is very optomistic. For $50k or $125k there are many other directions I would take besides a 'HybridZ' however nicely done.................

Snowflake wheels Help
I'm just saying that the fact that they fit a 280Z doesn't necessarily meant that they will fit a 240. Besides, he didn't ask who has them on a 280. I'm done:)

Snowflake wheels Help
That may be but you're the first one to say that you've had them on a 240 which is what he asked. I had 2256014s on my 280 but that wouldn't lead me to conclude that they'd work on a 240.

Idea for EFI mod
- Idea for EFI mod
Agreed and agreed. A modern engine has other things to go with the modern fuel injection. Distributor-less ignition, variable valve timing, etc. I had no problem with the two Datsun EFI cars I owned. Their engines and EFI components were in above average condition and they both did what they were supposed to do. I seemed to be lucky enough during my ownership to avoid many of the problems I see being discussed here and also was able to solve the minor ones that did come up.- Idea for EFI mod
G.M. had F.I. as early as 1957 on Corvettes and Pontiac Bonnevilles almost 2 decades years before Datsuns L-jetronic based JECS.- Valve cover differences
Not in the North American market......- Sorry if re-post. Wicked 74 Z. RB Mikuni's
and she's skinny too............- Escutcheon
Even more interesting is the medical definition of the word. Look it up....- hybridz.com is gone?
You mean http://forums.hybridz.org? I was just there this morning. (Zed Head beat me to it)- 370Z, anybody drive one yet?
I've driven them both (350/370). I thought the 370 was an improvement power wise, they both handled about the same. Didn't really care for the fit and finish of either but the 370 is better.- introduction of graywolff
So you work in the Middle East but your car is in New York?- Brake lights won't turn off
This is probably due to what is actually a fairly common problem. I'll combine a couple of answers given by Jeff G 78 and EScanlon a couple of years ago:- What is youir favorite driving music-if you don't see it, post it!
Already mentioned at least a couple of times in the thread.- should volt gauge always be reading?
It can't draw much. One thing I remember about my 78 is that even if I went two months without driving it, it always started right up. I can't go two weeks with my GTO.... The voltmeter on my daily driver Ranger only registers when the key is on- should volt gauge always be reading?
Sarah, if that's true either something is wrong with or your gauge or the circuit has somehow been altered. My 78 as well as every other 76-78 280Z I've ever seen reads the actual voltage at all times even when the ignition is off. My 79 810 did so as well. The voltmeter is (or should be) directly linked to the batery through a fuse and fusible link- New member here, I might have a ZZZap, but I need help to make sure
That is pretty much what the thread you revived from two years ago says. And I'm sure you mean 1977 not 1978 if you're talking about a ZZZap.- 280Z front chrome bumpers
That or the line directly beneath his screen name:)- another hazard light question 280z, 1978
Check your connections. Especially the two large plugs under the front of the console/radio on the passenger side.- original color
Here's the page that xenon based their chart on: http://www.zhome.com/History/ZColorGallary/index.html - Idea for EFI mod
