Lately there are several done Z's. 70,71,72 on Ebay, CL, BAT plus other sites, plus the local papers in the estate of California, go to the hunt and enjoy it. And remember that transporters are on bid for your $.

After a big rain shower yesterday ,that washed the salt on the roads,today a 60+ degree day, I took my Z for a long ride( my day off)felt like a kid on his bike after a long winter.

This sharp super clean 71 was in our classifieds section on Feb 26 and remove from that post the day after, it had an asking price lower than the present amount , the ad I clearly recall the neat story,,,,,,this looks like a super buy and the price is negotiable for sure.

My two CENTAVOS,,,,,keep it, patch the holes, do all the refresh as needed ( time, money, priorities ), put the black skinny fiber glass bumpers ,a set of old zx wheels and enjoy your Z.

Thanks for responding to solve this odd mechanical issue, I will check the dust shields for any bents and also the wheel bearings for premature wear.

Nice Cali 260,has a 5spd and a good stance.

I think that is for your engine bay lamp////check with the pros,,,to close to the coil....

My Z has a set of ZX 6 spokes wheels, thanks for the response.

I will have them examine ,,,,,but what bugs the crap out of me is that this noise comes and goes, the brakes are fine , firm, no vibration or pulsation ,no pulling to one side.

I have a very peculiar noise,sound like SIP,,,,SIP,,,SIP it is intermittent , seems to came from the rear and appears when I make left turns only. In my mechanical limited abilities I sanded down the rear brake shoes and drums , the both look fine no evidence of rubbing, this SIP...SIP...SIP is making me nuts .My car has a complete suspension refresh done 4k ago, bearings, rubber bushings, struts plus a complete brake job,lines and MC, the exhaust system is also refresh and is not rubbing.:disappoin
