  1. Appreciate the response guys. Any particular links JL?
  2. I just picked up a freebie 71 240Z from a client. Body and chassis are in excellent shape. Interior is pretty bad, especially the seats from some for some number of years of setting outside in the sun. Engine is mostly there, except for looks like someone took off the smog pump and a few of the misc. hoses. Just wondering what most of you of you are using for your 240z "bible", anything besides a Haynes manual? Also, since i'm smog exempt in my area, any details on mods to eliminate the smog pump and corresponding hoses etc? This is going to be my daughter's car btw. She's the other monkey wrencher in the family in exchange for all the help she's given me for working on my chevelle. Great forum you guys have going BTW!
  3. Sure glad i stumbled upon this post. I'm in the exact same boat with a 71 240Z a client just gave for free. Almost done building my 69 Chevelle from a lot of help from the crew over at the chevelles.com forums. Looks like the same kind helpful crew over here! Look forward to picking everyone's brain (and reciprocating when posssilbe)!
