Here are some pics of the car it came off.. New fuel injectors at the time (probably 10 years ago). I ended up parting out the car and the fuel injection system was the only parts I still have in storage.

Unfortunately I left Oregon and am now back in Washington. I'll have to check the manifold when I go back in a month or so...

By the way, thanks for all the help guys! I thought this car was a '78 but it looks more like it was a '75 or '76. It's been a LONG time since I got rid of it, so, my memory seriously lapsed here. I was going to convert mine to fuel injection, but, I don't need that kind of project right now. I'd most certainly have to replace the tank and fuel pump, which is something I don't want to do right now. The triple Mikuni's are doing well.

Ok, so who wants to buy it? I'm cleaning out my storage by August so I need it gone. Looks like I need to adjust the title to say '75 EFI, will do that now.

Hey Don, you know I just did a search and didn't come up with much about u-joint replacement process. For such a common thing that needs replacing on a Z, I figured we would have a few at least! This looks like a good opportunity to start some more discussion. The search results, feel free to rummage through them: http://www.classiczcars.com/search/?&q=u-joints&page=2&sortby=relevancy Back when I did this work, I found out that cheap u-joints are not the answer. If you use the cheap ones, you'll do the job twice.. one with the cheap brand, and a second time with the quality brand.

There's a lot of white space at the bottoms of the images. Are you sure your screen capture program isn't doing that? Can you open the images in a picture viewer on your computer to see if they in fact have white space below them?

This 1965 Datsun 320 (chassis L320011764D) is described as a one-owner California truck, though the seller doesn’t seem to be including themselves in the count. The truck looks unusually good inside and out, and the ad says that paint finish is original and “restored.” Mechanicals sound to be very good as well, the seller claiming a strong running engine that exhibits no smoke, leaks, or strange noises when running. Find it here on eBay in Palm Springs, California for $11k. Beige suits the little truck’s utilitarian vibe, and the seller reports that finish is both original and restored–perhaps they’re referring to a correction process. There’s some paint wearing visible around the rear of the bed, which would seem to suggest this might be the case. Brightwork looks good, and original glass appears to be undamaged. New Hanook whitewalls are mounted over the stock steel wheels. The interior looks pretty tidy, with a crack-free dash, clean vinyl floors, and and good looking fabrics. The seats and door trim panels have been reupholstered in a tasteful two-tone scheme, and there’s new carpeted floor mats, though their color doesn’t quite match the other tones. All lights and gauges are reported to be working. Note the emergency brake handle mounted on the floor between the seat and driver’s door. An 1189cc four cylinder provides about 60 HP through the 4-speed, floor shifted transmission. Both the engine and tranny are said to have undergone a rebuild at some point, but a timeframe isn’t given. Other new parts mentioned include hoses, belts, radiator, and battery.
