Me again, I found on the local website a 1970 240Z for sale. It is HLS30-03753. it has many of the features of a series one 240Z (Metal fan, Valve Cover, Carbs, Hatch, etc). It was plated and on the road as late as 2002. It is 100% complete with the original engine and does not have much rust. It has had an accident which has damaged the front drivers side (headlight and quater panel). I can get the car cheap, but moving it will cost me about $500 (3 hours away). I am looking for opinions. Hey Nate, We are a bit the same. i just bought two 240Z's sitting in a field, in the middle of nowhere canada for $400. One of them has the VIN HLS30-00132. Major Rust. I am moving them to my shop this weekend and starting the investigation process to see what is there.
