I see those voltage stabilizers on E-bay. Would they help? When do you need them? I have new wiring in my car, new bigger alternator, etc. Does that make a difference? Thank you for any info.

What attaches to these brackets on the bottom front of crossmember by the horns. I can't find any pics and i forgot what goes there. 2 holes on the front of brackets and 1 hole on the top. Thank you.

Thank you very much, but i did it my way. Sounds like a song. I couldn't tap the bolt. I opened it up from the interior tunnel in less than 5 minutes. I'll put a nut on the bolt, but i'll have to put epoxy or something to keep the bolt from turning so i can take bolt out if i have to. I can weld to patch together from interior. Alot easier.

Where the tranny mount mounts to the passenger side tunnel- where the bolt goes up through the pyramid shaped boxed in area attached to the tunnel, the nut that the bolt attaches to, which is inside the boxed in area, is stripped. Any ideas how to fix it, without welding and alot of cutting. Since my interior is out, do you think i could drill or cut a hole from the interior of car on the tunnel where the boxed in area is? It wouldn't be hard to measure from under the car, to get a good idea where to cut or drill. After i get a hole in the tunnel from the interior of the car, i can put a new nut in so the bolt has something to attach to. Do you think that would work? Thanks alot, TimsZ

Are the thread pitch and the bolt shank the same on cam and crank bolts? In other words, can i use a crankshaft bolt on a camshaft? I know the heads are a different size. I have an electric fuel pump. 280zx N/T. Thanks

My 71 has a single wire going to the drivers door pin switch and a single wire going to passenger door pin switch. The door pin switches have two wires. Can i connect the two wires from pin switch into the one wire? Both doors are separate (they each have their own single wire) Will it work if it's connected like in pic. Thank you, TimsZ

Do the lamp bolts go through the hatch panel to hold it in place? The flat hatch panel that has the hatch latch. I put a new panel on. Will i have to drill holes through the panel? Will the top of the bolts be on the panel, one on each side of the latch? 71Z Thank you, TimsZ

Isn't there a seal between the door hinges and the metal part that supports the fenders. It has a seal running top to bottom. Would anyone know the length, etc. of the seal beside door hinges? 71Z. Thank you, TimsZ

I'm putting in a honda blower motor in my Z. There's the blue wire, but as you can see there's a red wire that's attached to it. That wire goes to the pigtail in pic. It has the inline fuse also. There's the other blue wire beside it that has an inline fuse also. Does the blower motor wire connect to the blue/red wire or does it connect to the other blue wire? Any help? And why don't i see anything about heater motor on wiring diagrams? Thank you very much, TimsZ The other blue wire isn't in the pic.

There is that cup shaped washer that surrounds the cam sprocket bolt. What's it's purpose? Do you have to have it? Is it attached on an eccentric? Any help? 71Z. Thank you very much,TimsZ

I have a note attached to my 71Z heater core. (it's out of the car). The note is partially ruined. Does foam attach to the side, top, etc. of the core? Would anyone know where it attaches or is there a picture somewhere? I can't find any. Thank you, TimsZ
