I've recently read that swapping out seats will increase the driving pleasure of the Z. Currently, I have original seats reupolstered in a cloth by the PO. They are nice, but are a bad color. What is you experiance in swapping of seats in your 240z? The good? The Bad? The Ugly? Problems w/ rails? etc...

I'm 6'4" @ 235lbs and fit good in my 240Z. Its a 72 with orignal seats. This is the best fitting car that I have owned. BTW, stay away from 4-runners.

Definetly start with the best Z you can afford. You can also rely an many folks on this site to provide a quick assessment. I've seen some of the rust free Z's in the Denver area. I could see through the floor on one when I was shopping for mine. If you spot one in the C.S. area, I don't mind doing a quick check to save you a trip. Best of luck in your search.
