    i recently got a rebuilt four speed and everything that goes with it out of a 74' 260. will the 260 transmission go into the 73'240. just wondering, considering the 260 was only made for one year, maybe something is different dont know though. thanks in advance, doug

    has anyone succesfully swapped a auto with five speed in a 240. if so, i'de like to know what year transmission would work, and everything i will need to get from the manual car. Also any links would be nice. Thanks, doug
