  1. OK as I see more Pacific NorthWesterners reply I thought I would jump on the wagon as well. So I am here in University Place Washington currently restoring a 77 280Z that I bought from some in Yakima that sat for too many years so now it is getting a ground up restoration. Have owned other 280Z's in the past as well. My brother does not subscribe to forums but he has his a 77 280Z and a 93 TT and recently sold his 72 240Z. 77 280Z http://s38.photobucket.com/albums/e106/babry27/77%20Datsun%20Restoration/?start=all
  2. I use a filter and moisture trap right to the gun itself. This is just the Husky brand that Home Depot sells and works fine for me when removing any moisture in the line. I also would recommend using a blasting media even if you cannot get it at the local hardware stores you can purchase it online from Harbor Freight or Eastwood. In the picture this is Aluminum Oxide that I get from HF. Craftsman states to run the nozzle at 90 PSI but I have found that running it at higher PSI levels to do a better job and I have yet to see any failures. 77 280Z http://s38.photobucket.com/albums/e106/babry27/77%20Datsun%20Restoration/
  3. Rust Bullet is also another good product to think about. 77 280Z http://s38.photobucket.com/albums/e106/babry27/77%20Datsun%20Restoration/
  4. Powder coating is the best way to go for durability and it always looks great. http://s38.photobucket.com/albums/e106/babry27/77%20Datsun%20Restoration/?start=all
