I found a problem with the Z, when i put it in reverse and go back, it kinda locks and i accelerate and it goes but then it locks again BTW its a auto tranny on a 77 280Z. Wat coul it be?...

I'm not a big auto tranni guy, but it sounds like it's trashed.

Maybe its time for a 5-speed, should'nt be to hard to swap over.

find a tranni, peddle assembly, clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, and all the parts in between.

lots of people here to help you with a list of parts and all the technical stuff.
