now that I have my new cam in, I have to adjust the lifters. This probably should have been down a long time ago, but I figure a fresh cam was as good a time as any. Does anyone know what the actual specs are for adjusting the solid lifters on a 71 240z. The only numbers I can ever remember is for a toyota celica, cuz it's seven eleven. If I could just get the proper numbers for this, I should be all set to fire it up. Thanks.

.08 intake cold, .10 exhaust cold

.10 intake hot, .12 exhaust hot

if it isnt a stock cam then i would check with whoever you bought the cam from, manufacturer for the specs.

thanks for your help. I went through some of the paper work from "crane cams" that came with the order and sure enough, there were the specs I was looking for.
