CHECK OUT THE PICS IN MY GALLERY!!!! A fellow member told me the interior may not be original, I have a weird ribbed headliner, and also some speakers fabricated behind the seats in the toolbox things. Please tell me what you all think, oh and also if you think it would look good with black diamond vinyl interiro...

From a quick look at your pictures, it looks as though someone took the time to go to a custom upholstery shop and had the car re-done.

Although non-stock, it doesn't look bad. Granted the "ribbed" headliner is kind of odd.

But is that Vinyl or is it Leather? Hard to tell from the pictures, but I recall some shops in the mid-70's and early 80's advertising Leather upholstery at some incredible prices. If it IS leather, you might be able to pull it all off and sell it on e-Bay as it would be a hard to come by item.

Just a thought.

I think the headliner might be leather, kinda hard to tell. But i think the rear pieces are kind of a moulded vinyl...

Ya, I am going to order black diamond vinyl for the towers and rest of the car. I will probobly replace the seats also. Hopefully with Corbeaus or some other aftermarket race seat:classic:

Yes, I agree that there is not much original stuff in that interior! The headliner, door panels, seats, rear panels, carpet over the strut towers, etc. But you could spend a lot of money getting it back to original. Unless you really don't like the look you might be better off spending the money where it is needed first, like repairing the rust!
