Smog problems

My stock SU carb '72 240Z has failed the IL emissions all 3 times last year and my plates are suspended. I've tried *everything* to get it to pass, but apparently the smog pump and everything that goes with it is missing from the car.

I've located a smog pump, but it does not include the six metal air tubes that run from the air rail into the six exhaust manifold runners. I can't find these anywhere. Does anyone have any idea on where to find (or make) those air tubes and fittings?
