Ebay shouldn't allow auctions like that, since you arent actually buying anything. all you are doing is paying for the opportunity to buy the first convertable they get.

I first saw an auction like this a month ago, and emailed the "winning" bidder. he had no clue he was agreeing to pay that much ON TOP OF MSRP for this car.
