i was wondern' if the 240 bumpers would fit onto my 78 280? if not is there anything i can do to make it fit? or would early 260 bumpers fit?

This has been disscussed here before, can't be sure but I believe the answer was yes, you might want to do a search to be sure.

good idea though, will reduce the weight a bit and looks better
