so on my 71 240 the treads/splines on my drivers side window regulator that attach to the window handle are stripped to the point that i cant put on my new Nissan handles does anybody know where i can get new regulators for the drivers side the passenger ones are much easier to find which also need to be replaced also does anybody know the easiest way to pull the door locks it appears that pulling all the window hard ware will be easiest cant seem to pull the lock out around the window rail. door wont shut so im assuming that i have to pull the lock and do thee slight welding repair ive seen others do. any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have found a solution for the lock and am scouring classifieds for the regulator if you have any questions about the lock feel free to pm me or if you have a solution that works and allows me to use the current regulator im all ears again its just stripped if i can make the cog grab the inside of the handle it works just need to fix the threads.

I have one new regulator (I will have to check to see what side) and I am sure I have a good used for the other if interested.

what do you get for them used or new doesn't matter to me as long and my window cranks will fit and it rolls up and down with no hiccups.
