New Washington Owner 73 240 decent deal at $4,500

Featured Replies

The bad

Paint/body needed more prep work before the guy sprayed it.

A couple cracks on interior pieces

A 4BBL is on it with an Arizona manifold not sure if I am sold

The good

The body is straight but needs someone to love it somemore.

Interior is all there and the dash is pretty solid

The wants

I want this thing to look beutiful so I need to have body work done.

I want a little more power but with a stock engine for the most part that will be some $$

Are the hood louvers factory?

The slotted mags look really good.

Get a pair of SUs on there, stat! :D

Ya, SU's or pay the price for triples and a new cam and all the goodies that come with that setup. The hood is from a 280z the guy I bought it from put the 280 hood on instead. My dad says I need the 240 hood, but I like the louvers. I think that it needs to be all one color though and with the spotty paint it will get done just not a mandatory fix like the carbs. The z is coming home from the shop soon, and I just bought some of those expensive bumpers from the Harrington group too.

Nice car. I agree though that if you are going to get it painted, find a 240 hood and have everything shot at the same time.
