240 Rocker Arms...Is There A Difference?

Hey! I was wondering if there was a difference in part numbers or do they cross over on the 240 rocker arms?

I was asking because I see now and then Nissan rocker for sale but with different part numbers but they say they well fit.

So well the 13257-W0300 interchange with the 13257-21000?
