Well i recently finished doing most of the suspention work on my car.Now i figure its time for some engine work but i dont know where to start i have a 73 with flat tops,Now i know i should be just racing in my current engine but its on its last leg and dont feel like rebuilding.I wanna keep my rev happy l24 so what can i do to get some more life out of the engine sorry for my typing doing it on a phone.thanks all

Call Dave Rebello - he can hook you up!! If you are keeping the L24 I would have to suggest head work to maximize your HP output -some cam work - some porting work - life is good!

I'd use the L28 block, the L24 rods, the L24 crank and the L28 pistons, and SU's. That would give you large displacement with a short stroke.....a more fun engine than the L28. IMO
