First thing I would do is to check all the connectors, making sure they are clear of corrosion and making good contact. Also, have you done a tune up? Give some details on the car. Did you just buy it? Been sitting long?

well the car was sitting but when i drove it, it was fine drove home perfectly fine...then it stated to run bad i did the tune up and changed the fuel filter and still runs bad...i checked all the fuel injectors connectors and everything seemed to be plugged in well.can it be an air to fuel problem?
