Parts swap

I own a 1977 280z 4 speed and have another car ('82 280ZX for sale (non turbo) that I might be getting. Would the tranny swap out?

It also has power windows and locks.

Yes on the tranny. Use the clutch parts and shifter from your 77. The power windows and door locks would take some fabrication.
