i have a 78 280.. we are installing new molded carpet..we removed the parking brake lever and a broken plastic bushing fell out... i think we may have broken this bushing... were can i find one and what does this bushing do? please help...thanks..

I don't have a 280, nor have I dealt with the parking brake on my car.

But I do know that pictures always help, so if you can upload any, it would really allow people to understand better.

What number is the item you're referring to?

36463-E4100 is the part number. Don't know if it's available. Check the number with a Nissan dealer.
