Posted June 5, 200816 yr comment_249811 Hows it going folks, new to the Z and Nissan world. I have always like the old school Z's anything 78 or older. I am a Subaru guy at heart and spent alot of years playing with them while I was stationed in Japan.Anyway I picked up a 76 Z of the 280 varity, the floor pans are gone, the passenger side frame rail needs to be replaced, and one of the doors has been rusted through.Even after seeing all that I still could not refuse the poor Z, the guy I bought it from stuck the key in the ignition and the Z cranked up purred like a cat.So here I am digging up as much information as I can and hopefully get a line on a good place to find exterior parts, as well as learn about returning the Z to life.Well before I bore you to much, I am gonna end it here.Later,Mike Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/28331-new-here-and-got-my-work-cut-out-for-me/ Share on other sites
